Cookie Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists the ones used on spotlessquotes.com. Only the essential ones are set without asking. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
Before you answer, Google may still receive a basic, cookie-free signal that the page was viewed, without any identifier that could recognise you. Meta's tag is not loaded at all until you allow advertising cookies.

| Cookie | Set by | What it is for | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| sq_attr | SpotlessQuotes | Remembers which advert or campaign brought you here, so we can see which adverts lead to quote requests | 90 days |
| _gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Google Ads | Links a quote request to the Google advert that was clicked | 90 days |

When you send a request
If you allowed advertising cookies, we tell Google and Meta that a quote request was sent from their advert, so they can measure which adverts work. With it we send your email address and phone number in a scrambled (hashed) form they can only match against their own users, plus the type of cleaning. Your job details, address and notes are never sent to them.
Changing your choice
Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page, or the button above. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. More about how we handle your details is in our Privacy Policy.
